Product Overview
Industrial UPVC Straight Tees are manufactured from high-purity rigid polyvinyl chloride, conforming to GB/T 10002.2 industrial standards. Suitable for diameters ranging from 20-250mm, the verticality tolerance between main and branch pipes is ±0.5°. The S6.3 series 20mm specification features a working pressure ≤2.0MPa and Temperature resistance ranges from -10°C to 45°C. Inner wall thickness uniformity error is ≤0.1mm, efficiently achieving fluid diversion and convergence in industrial pipelines.

Fitting Characteristics
Bending strength ≥45MPa, impact strength ≥8kJ/m². Resists corrosion from 20% sulfuric acid and 30% sodium hydroxide solutions. Inner wall roughness Ra ≤ 0.01mm, with fluid resistance 30% lower than steel tees; Oxygen index ≥ 40% achieving flame retardant B1 grade, weighing only 1/7th of steel tees of the same specification. Complies with GB/T 17219 hygiene standards, free from heavy metal leaching, and shows no scaling during long-term use.

Manufacturing Process
Utilizes UPVC resin with polymerization degree 1200-1600, molded via single-shot injection molding in a three-cavity integrated mold (precisely controlling branch pipe verticality). Injection temperature: 170-190°C; segmented cooling and setting at 22-26°C. Interior walls undergo high-pressure spray smoothing. Each batch undergoes sampling for 2.0 times nominal pressure hydrostatic testing (30-minute pressure retention with zero leakage). Dimensions are laser-inspected for accuracy (±0.2mm tolerance) before packaging.

Usage Precautions
Before installation, inspect port flatness and inner wall cleanliness; remove burrs and impurities. Use specialized UPVC industrial adhesive for pipe bonding. Apply adhesive evenly (0.1-0.15mm thickness) to bonding surfaces, let stand 3-5 seconds before joining. Do not exceed operating temperatures (>45°C) or pressures (>2.0MPa). Avoid impact on branch pipe connections. Inspect joint integrity every six months. Replace or re-bond immediately if leakage occurs. Do not use for transporting strong oxidizing media.
