Product Overview
UPVC saddle fittings are manufactured from high-purity rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC) in compliance with GB/T 10002.2 standards. They accommodate main pipe diameters of 50-315mm and branch pipe diameters of 20-110mm. with a saddle seat fit ≥98%. The S6.3 series operates at pressures ≤1.6MPa and withstands temperatures from -10°C to 45°C. It enables pipe branching without cutting the main pipe, significantly boosting construction efficiency.

Fitting Features
Tensile strength ≥48MPa, impact resistance ≥7.5kJ/m², withstands corrosion from 20% sulfuric acid and 30% sodium hydroxide solutions. The saddle features an arc-shaped design (curvature radius matching error ≤0.5mm relative to the main pipe), incorporating an EPDM rubber ring within the sealing surface for 99.5% sealing efficiency. Oxygen index ≥40% meets B1 flame retardant rating; weighs only 1/6 of equivalent steel fittings; complies with GB/T 17219 hygiene standards with no heavy metal leaching.

Manufacturing Process
Utilizes UPVC resin with polymerization degree 1200-1600 via dual-color injection molding (main body UPVC + integrated sealing ring), injection temperature 175-195°C, segmented cooling and setting at 22-26°C; Saddle surfaces undergo precision milling (flatness tolerance ≤0.03mm). Each batch undergoes sampling for 1.8 times nominal pressure hydrostatic testing (30-minute pressure retention with zero leakage). Dimensions are verified via 3D inspection (tolerance ±0.2mm) before packaging.

Connection Methods with Other Fittings and Pipes
First, clean the connection area of the main pipe and mark the drilling position. Use a specialized hole cutter (with a diameter matching the branch pipe’s inner diameter) to drill a hole in the main pipe. After clearing debris, align the saddle joint’s saddle with the main pipe and evenly tighten the matching bolts (made of 304 stainless steel) to a torque of 8-15 N·m (adjust according to pipe diameter). For branch pipe connections, use socket fusion bonding. Insert the branch pipe into the fitting’s branch port (to a depth of 15-25mm). Apply specialized UPVC adhesive and allow 24 hours for curing to achieve a sealed connection.
