PPH Pipe Product Overview
PPH pipes are manufactured from high-performance homopolymer polypropylene (PPH), conforming to GB/T 18742.2 standards. With nominal outer diameters ranging from 20 to 1200 mm, operating temperatures from -10°C to 95°C, and pressure ratings of 1.0 to 2.5 MPa, they are suitable for fluid transportation in chemical processing, environmental protection, and other fields, offering both corrosion resistance and cost-effectiveness.

PPH Pipe Advantages and Features
This pipe resists corrosive media including 90% sulfuric acid and 30% hydrochloric acid, with a heat deflection temperature ≥121°C. Its hydraulic friction coefficient is only 0.009, featuring a smooth inner wall that prevents scaling. It weighs 70% less than steel pipes of equivalent specifications, with weld strength exceeding 90% of the base material’s strength, ensuring a service life exceeding 15 years.

PPH Pipe Manufacturing Process
Manufactured using PPH resin with a melt flow rate of 0.3-1.5 g/10 min. Processed via single-screw extrusion at 180-220°C, vacuum sizing, spray cooling (water temperature 20-30°C), and online wall thickness inspection (accuracy ±0.1 mm). Each pipe undergoes a 1.2x nominal pressure hydrostatic test before packaging and shipment.

Chemical Industry: Conveys low-concentration acidic/alkaline fluids (≤95°C). Offers superior corrosion resistance and reliable welding, suitable for chemical plant fluid circulation systems to reduce leakage risks.
Environmental Water Treatment: Used for industrial wastewater and purified water conveyance. Features non-scaling inner walls and anti-fouling properties, ideal for long-term operation in water treatment systems to enhance transmission efficiency.
Food & Beverage Industry: Complies with food-grade standards (GB 4806.7). Conveys juices, purified water, etc., with no harmful substance leaching to ensure food safety.
Electronics & Semiconductor Industry: Transports high-purity cleaning solutions. Resists chemical corrosion with low ion leaching, meeting high-cleanliness requirements in electronics workshops to prevent wafer contamination.
Agricultural Irrigation Industry: Used for field and greenhouse irrigation. Resists aging and UV radiation (with UV stabilizers added), suitable for long-term outdoor use to reduce maintenance costs.
