FRP/CPVC composite pipes Product Overview
FRP/CPVC composite pipes feature a corrosion-resistant CPVC inner layer and a high-strength FRP outer layer, compliant with GB/T 28799.2 standards. With nominal outer diameters ranging from 50 to 630 mm and an operating temperature range of -20°C to 90°C, they are suitable for medium-to-high pressure chemical fluid transportation, balancing temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and structural strength.

FRP/CPVC composite ipes Manufacturing Process
First, an inner CPVC pipe is extruded at 180-200°C. Then, FRP (glass fiber + vinyl ester resin) is uniformly wrapped using a winding process. After curing at 90-110°C for 2.5 hours, each pipe undergoes a hydrostatic pressure test at twice the nominal pressure and wall thickness inspection with ±0.2mm precision. Only qualified pipes are packaged.
