Product Overview
CPVC Pipe Fittings Loose Flanges are manufactured from high-purity chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) in compliance with GB/T 18993.2 standards. Available in nominal diameters ranging from 20 to 200 mm, they are compatible with CPVC chemical pipes of the same specification. Designed for working pressures ≤1.6 MPa, the sealing surface roughness Ra is ≤0.8 μm, enabling a detachable sealed connection for easy installation and disassembly.

Fitting Features
Features a “loose flange + sealing ring” structure with tensile strength ≥52MPa and impact strength ≥11kJ/m². Operates stably in environments from -40°C to 90°C, withstands corrosion from 95% sulfuric acid and 30% sodium hydroxide. Achieves 97% material compatibility with pipes, with sealing ring compression recovery rate ≥85%. Weighing only 1/6 of steel slip-on flanges, with a flame retardancy oxygen index ≥40%.

Manufacturing Process
Utilizes CPVC resin with polymerization degree ≥1000. The slip-on body undergoes injection molding at 180-200°C (mold precision ±0.05mm). The sealing ring is integrally molded from specialized elastic CPVC material. Gradient cooling at 25-35°C completes shaping. The entire assembly undergoes hydrostatic testing at 1.5 times nominal pressure (maintaining pressure for 30 minutes without leakage). Packaged after passing inspection.

Usage Precautions
Before installation, clean flange sealing surfaces and pipe interfaces to remove oil and contaminants; ensure sealing rings are accurately seated in grooves to prevent misalignment; Tighten bolts symmetrically and evenly (torque adjustment by pipe diameter: 8-12 N·m for 20-63 mm, 15-25 N·m for 75-200 mm). Prohibit prolonged operation exceeding temperatures (>90°C) or pressures (>1.6 MPa). Periodically inspect bolt tightness and sealing surfaces; replace sealing rings immediately upon detecting leaks.
