Product Overview
CPVC pipe fittings with union connections are manufactured from high-purity chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) in compliance with GB/T 18993.2 standards. Nominal diameters range from 20 to 110 mm, with a working pressure ≤1.6MPa. They incorporate an internal CPVC sealing ring (temperature resistance: -40°C to 90°C) and feature a coaxiality tolerance of ≤0.1mm. These fittings enable rapid pipe assembly and disassembly, facilitating maintenance of CPVC piping systems.

Manufacturing Process
CPVC resin with polymerization degree ≥1000 is selected. The main body and sealing groove are precision injection molded at 190-210°C. Sealing rings of the same material are embedded. Segmented cooling occurs at 25-35°C. After passing a 1.8 times nominal pressure hydrostatic test (maintaining pressure for 40 minutes) and three-coordinate measurement (accuracy ±0.01mm), the product is packaged.

Usage Precautions
Inspect seal integrity before installation to prevent damage or deformation. Ensure seals are properly seated in grooves without misalignment. Apply tightening torque between 10-20 N·m (adjust per pipe diameter) to avoid damage from excessive tightening. Do not use above 90°C or 1.6 MPa. After prolonged disuse, verify seal elasticity before reuse; replace immediately if degraded.
