CPVC Integral Flanges are injection-molded from high-purity chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) in a single piece, conforming to GB/T 18993.2 standards. With nominal diameters ranging from 50 to 315 mm and a working pressure of ≤2.0 MPa, the sealing surface flatness tolerance is ≤0.08 mm. Designed for CPVC chemical pipelines, they deliver corrosion-resistant, leak-free connections.

Manufacturing Process
Premium CPVC resin with polymerization degree ≥1000 is selected. Precise injection molding at 180-200°C (mold accuracy ±0.03mm) is followed by gradient cooling at 30±5°C for shaping. Sealing surfaces undergo precision grinding (roughness Ra≤0.6μm). Each flange undergoes a 1.5x nominal pressure hydrostatic test before final inspection and shipment.

Usage Precautions
Clean sealing surfaces before installation. Adjust bolt tightening torque according to nominal diameter (20-40 N·m for 50-110mm, 50-80 N·m for 160-315 mm); Prohibit prolonged operation exceeding 90°C or 2.0 MPa; Ensure coaxial alignment with piping connections, with deviation ≤0.3 mm; Inspect sealing surfaces every 3 months; Replace flanges or gaskets immediately if cracks or wear are detected.
