CPVC Chemical Pipe Manufacturing Process

Utilizes CPVC resin with polymerization degree ≥1000, processed through high-speed mixing (120°C), twin-screw extrusion (180-200°C), vacuum sizing, spray cooling (water temperature 25±5°C), online wall thickness inspection (accuracy ±0.1mm), and fixed-length cutting (error ≤0.5mm/m). Finished products undergo packaging after passing 1.5 times nominal pressure hydrostatic testing.
