Advantages and Features of CPVC Pipe S10​

The S10 series pipe with a 20mm specification achieves a maximum pressure rating of 1.0MPa and withstands highly corrosive media such as 95% nitric acid and 20% sodium hydroxide. Features a flame retardancy rating ≥40% oxygen index, a thermal expansion coefficient of only 0.07mm/(m·℃), and meets GB/T 17219 hygiene standards with a bacterial growth rate <0.1%/day, combining safety and durability.

Manufacturing Process of CPVC Pipe S10

Premium CPVC resin with polymerization degree ≥1000 is selected. It undergoes high-speed mixing and homogenization at 120°C, precise twin-screw extrusion at 180-200°C, vacuum sizing and shaping, and spray cooling at 25±5°C for final forming. Each pipe undergoes online wall thickness inspection (accuracy ±0.1mm) and a 1.5x nominal pressure hydrostatic test. Only qualified pipes are packaged and shipped.
