Product Overview
CPVC straight pipe fittings are integrally injection-molded from high-purity chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC), compliant with GB/T 18993.2 standards. Available in nominal diameters from 20 to 200 mm, they are compatible with CPVC chemical pipes of the same specification. Designed for working pressures ≤1.6 MPa, their inner wall smoothness (Ra) ≤0.8 μm ensures leak-free straight pipe connections.

Fitting Features
Features a seamless, one-piece construction with tensile strength ≥55MPa and impact resistance ≥12kJ/m². Operates in temperatures from -40°C to 90°C, withstands corrosion from 95% sulfuric acid and 30% sodium hydroxide solutions; excellent material compatibility with pipes, achieving 98% system pressure consistency post-connection, flame retardancy with an oxygen index ≥40%, and weighing only 1/5th of steel straight fittings.

Manufacturing Process
Utilizes CPVC resin with polymerization degree ≥1000, precision injection molded at 185-205°C (mold tolerance ±0.05mm), gradient cooled and set at 25-35°C. Features a high-gloss interior finish and undergoes 1.5 times nominal pressure hydrostatic testing (30-minute pressure retention without leakage). Packaged and shipped upon passing inspection.

Chemical Industry: Connects acid and alkali fluid pipelines in chemical plants, withstands 90°C temperatures and strong corrosion, operates stably at 1.6MPa pressure, ensuring uninterrupted fluid transfer in chemical production.

Industrial Water Supply: Suitable for industrial hot and cold water pipelines. Provides stable connections within the -40°C to 90°C temperature range. Withstands 1.6MPa pressure, meeting industrial hot and cold fluid transmission requirements.

Usage Precautions
Clean the inner walls of fittings and the outer surfaces of pipes before installation to prevent impurities from affecting sealing integrity. Use specialized CPVC adhesive for bonding, adjusting curing time based on pipe diameter (5-10 seconds for 20-63mm, 15-20 seconds for 75-200mm). Avoid prolonged exposure to temperatures exceeding 90°C (184°F) or pressures exceeding 1.6 MPa (14 psi). Refrain from applying stress within 24 hours after installation. Periodically inspect bonded joints and replace immediately if leakage occurs.
