Product Overview
CPVC reducers are manufactured from high-purity chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) in compliance with GB/T 18993.2 standards. They accommodate pipe diameters ranging from 20 to 110 mm (e.g., 32×20 mm, 50×32 mm), with a working pressure ≤1.6MPa and temperature resistance from -40°C to 90°C. Internal and external thread precision conforms to GB/T 7307, enabling reducer connections between pipes/fittings of different specifications with a concentricity error ≤0.05mm.

Fitting Characteristics
Tensile strength ≥52MPa, impact strength ≥8.5kJ/m², resistant to 95% nitric acid and 20% sodium hydroxide corrosion; thread sealing surface roughness Ra ≤1.2μm, achieving 99.8% sealing efficiency; Oxygen index ≥40% achieving flame retardant B1 rating; weight only 1/5 of equivalent steel-reinforced fittings; no metal ion leaching; hygienic compliance with GB/T 17219.

Manufacturing Process
CPVC resin with polymerization degree ≥1000 is selected. Precision injection molding using embedded molds (simultaneous processing of internal and external threads) at 190-210°C. segmented cooling and setting at 25-35°C; threaded sections undergo go/no-go gauge inspection (±0.03mm tolerance), with each batch sampled for 1.8 times nominal pressure hydrostatic testing (30-minute pressure retention without leakage). Packaged upon passing inspection.

Chemical Pipeline Systems: Connects CPVC pipes and valves of varying specifications, ensuring stable transmission of acidic/alkaline media at 1.6MPa pressure. Withstands temperature-adapted operating conditions, guaranteeing seal integrity during chemical fluid transition between different diameters.

Usage Precautions
Before installation, inspect the integrity of internal and external threads and remove surface contaminants. When connecting to pipes/fittings, wrap the external threaded end with PTFE tape (0.1-0.2mm thick, 3-5 wraps) and apply torque between 6-12 N·m. Do not exceed operating temperatures (>90°C) or pressures (>1.6 MPa). Avoid striking threaded areas. Inspect joint sealing every 6 months. Replace or reseal immediately if leakage occurs.
